Does the Full Registration have to be paid prior to Nov. 2--or does the early deposit guarntee you the early rate. I'm confused

Randy, Because of some budget issues I wanted to pay my balance but couldn't figure out how to do that......could you email me and let me know if that's possible, so it's all paid up on 08'? Thanks. You know how weird budgeting stuff can get!
